Lesley and Craig just moved to Dallas so for their engagement session we thought we’d show them around two of our favorite Dallas spots – the Arts District and Klyde Warren Park. It was a chilly morning but Lesley and Craig did a great job of keeping each other warm. At Klyde Warren their pups Katie and Lola joined us for some photo fun. Lola had a great time watching the birds!

We met up with Betsy and Mark for their engagement session at White Oaks Ranch where they’ll be getting married in about a month. It was a gorgeous if a little windy day and we enjoyed the chance to check out the venue before the big day. Betsy and Mark were the perfect couple to photograph, they just kept making each other laugh and being super sweet. And I love the Betsy is just the right height for Mark to rest his chin on top of her head. :) We had a great time and are looking forward to the wedding day!

Beverly and Jack have known each other for 20 plus years and their relationship eventually evolved into a close partnership a few years ago. While they’ve known each for years they were like two love struck teenagers that day. Their love for each other and the great relationships they have with their families kept me smiling behind my camera all day. Most of our weddings involve two people who are on the brink of creating a history together, but Beverly and Jack have that history already and it was a pleasure hearing their story of how they became colleagues, friends and eventually partners in life.
Last Saturday they held an intimate brunch wedding at the Aldredge House with 30 of their closest friends and family. Food Gloroius Food provided an awesome brunch and Chelsey with Events and Experiences kept everything running smoothly. Their ceremony was especially sweet: they had a few of their family members write letters about the Beverly and Jack and the minister read them aloud. I’m not gonna lie, this made me tear up not only while I was photographing the ceremony but as I looked back on the photos the next day. They also had a first glance before the ceremony which was incredibly sweet.
To Beverly and Jack, Congrats on your marriage and thank you so much for allowing me to be a part of it. Cheers to you two!

We met up with Crystal and Jason at River Legacy Park on a gorgeous day (can you believe this weather recently?) for some fun engagement photos. Crystal and Jason were really great to photograph, so natural with each other and very much in love. They’ll be getting married in Mexico in August and we just know that’s going to be a great party! Congratulations Crystal and Jason!

About a year ago we photographed Caroline & David’s ceremony for naming their newborn Livia Blair, and we’re so happy they called us again to document this special day for newborn twins Ethan Maxwell and Charlotte Greer. While the twins mostly napped the entire day family and friends enjoyed the touching ceremony, and there was plenty of oohing and awing, especially over the twins’ thick heads of hair! It was a great to introduce Ethan and Maxwell to the world and we wish them all the best!
